Appointments:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment time to allow time to change into your robe and fill out any necessary paperwork.

Payment:

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC, Discover & American Express. There is a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Packages:

We can customize the perfect package for you or that someone special in your life by combining any of our wonderful spa services.

Featured Services:

Each month we will be featuring a special Stone Creek Day Spa service or package for your pleasure.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for any amount, package or service, are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash value.  Gift card will be voided on “no show” appointments.

No Children:

We love children, however, we are not set up to accommodate children, and therefore, we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit with us. This will help us to offer a more relaxing atmosphere to all of our guests.

Cancellation Policy:

All reservations require a credit card to reserve appointments.  We hope you do not have to cancel, however, because our therapist time is reserved for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No shows will be charged in full.

Late Arrival:

As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will receive only the remaining available appointment time and will be charged for the full service.
